We operate e-shop on websites https://andreine.com.

When selling goods and operating ours website we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is mainly governed by the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 in processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data - hereinafter " GDPR”).

• A. Processing of personal data in in the case of using the contact form

If you contact us in connection with our products, we will work with your contacts data that you communicate to us, mainly through the contact form. It is personal data in the scope of: email address, first name, last name.

Reason for processing

Based on the sent personal data, we will then contact you in connection with the content of your news and our product range.

This is processing based on of article 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR – fulfillment of the contract, or implementation of measures before by concluding a contract at your request.

If you would us these personal did not provide the data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of closing contracts for the supply of our goods or the provision of our services.

Processing time

Unless we make another one cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 30 days from ours last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in in case of purchase

If you buy from us, we will work with personal data that we need from you for security concluding a contract for the provision of our goods or services. They are mainly invoicing data: name, surname, address, phone number, or ID number, VAT number, VAT.

Reason for processing

We need to process personal data, so that we can fulfill our obligations arising from the contract, i.e. supply of goods. By using contact data, we will also communicate with you about the status of your orders, possibly regarding complaints or your questions.

We will continue to process personal data for the fulfillment of our obligations arising from generally binding legal obligations regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints).

This is processing based on of article 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Article 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.

If you would us these personal did not provide the data, we will not be able to conclude a delivery contract with you our goods or the provision of our services.

Processing time

During the delivery of the goods and then 10 years from the last delivery of goods.

C. Newsletter (commercial communication) – customers

If you purchased from us goods or services and at the same time you have not expressly rejected the shipment marketing notifications, we will use your e-mail address, first name, last name and order information to send our marketing announcements.

This is processing based on of article 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, which are marketing communication aimed at our customers.

Processing time

One year since the last opening our marketing notice sent to your email. In case of you do not want to continue receiving our marketing communications, you can at any time unsubscribe via the link in the footer of the newsletter or you can contact us on e-mail: eshop@andreine.com.

D. Newsletter (commercial communication) – subscribers

If you signed in using web form and you have subsequently verified the entered e-mail address, we will use it Your email address and name to send our marketing communications.

This is processing based on of article 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR – consent of the affected person to the processing of his/her data personal data for one or more specific purposes.
