Terms and conditions of the loyalty program
The ANDREINE Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "ANDREINE Loyalty Program") is a program established by ANDREINE s.r.o., Legionárska 7735/31B, Trenčín 911 01, ID: 53238435, Tax ID: 2121312974, VAT ID: SK2121312974. This program allows, depending on purchases made in the e-shop www.andreine.com, to collect loyalty points and use discount vouchers under the conditions defined below.
Andreine Loyalty Program
Customers are automatically members of the loyalty program upon logging into their customer account. This program is reserved for end consumers and does not apply to business partners/wholesale accounts.
Loyalty points and vouchers granted under the loyalty program cannot be used by a third party. They have no market value, and their issuance does not create the right to any other financial or non-financial compensation/exchange for monetary value.
They can only be applied as a discount when purchasing from the e-shop www.andreine.com.
Loyalty points cannot be applied to personal product purchases at Hair Therapy salons or combined with other discounts and promotions.
Personal data
Customer information related to the ANDREINE loyalty program is recorded in the customer records of ANDREINE s.r.o., Legionárska 7735/31B, Trenčín 911 01, ID: 53238435, Tax ID: 2121312974, VAT ID: SK2121312974.
Information is processed in accordance with Act No. 428/2002 Coll. on personal data protection, as amended. By concluding the contract, the buyer agrees to the processing and collection of personal data in the operator's database until their written expression of disagreement with this processing is delivered to the seller's registered office address or to the email eshop@andreine.com. The operator does not sell the personal data of buyers to any other person, with the exception of external carriers, to whom personal data is transferred for the purpose of fulfilling the order, i.e., delivering the goods to the buyer.
The concluded contract is archived by the seller and is available to the buyer.
Collecting and redeeming loyalty points
The collection of loyalty points operates from 15.9.2025. Orders placed before the launch of the loyalty points collection program are not included, and the customer is not entitled to receive them.
Every registered customer automatically receives 100 loyalty points upon registration.
Purchases made in the e-shop www.andreine.com allow a registered customer to accumulate loyalty points at a rate of 0.03 loyalty points for every €1 of product value ordered under the following conditions:
- purchase of goods after logging into their customer account (loyalty points cannot be credited retrospectively for orders placed without logging into a customer account),
- shipping costs are not included in the accumulation of loyalty points,
- the number of loyalty points for a purchase is automatically rounded to whole numbers (for a purchase worth, e.g., €20.00 – €20.99 excluding postage, 20 points will be added to the loyalty system),
- for discounted products with a reduced price, it is possible to obtain a number of loyalty points reduced by this discount,
- when purchasing gift vouchers, it is not possible to collect loyalty points,
- if an order is cancelled/refunded, the loyalty points from that order will be deducted from the total number of earned loyalty points, and if loyalty points were used for a discount on that order, they will be added back,
- when using loyalty points, loyalty points for a new order will be credited based on the order value reduced by this discount,
- loyalty points are credited to the customer account only after the order status changes to COMPLETED (for cash on delivery, after the payment from the carrier is credited to the bank account of ANDREINE s.r.o.).
- Each registered customer receives 20 loyalty points for reviewing a purchased product. The customer can earn these points for a review assigned to a purchased product via the review form sent to the customer by email after order delivery. Loyalty points are credited after the review is approved. Loyalty points for reviews made before the loyalty program's inception are not credited retrospectively. In cases of unusual review activity (single-word ratings, a large number of ratings solely to gain points, etc.), these reviews will not be approved. In such cases, the operator of the ANDREINE s.r.o. loyalty program reserves the right to remove points. Each product can only be rated once. The number of loyalty points that can be obtained by purchasing the product is displayed for each product.
- By entering their date of birth, each registered customer receives 100 loyalty points as a birthday gift. The date of birth cannot be arbitrarily changed – to change the date of birth, it is necessary to contact the administrator by email at eshop@andreine.com.
- Each registered customer who recommends a purchase on www.andreine.sk to a friend using a referral link, through which a purchase is made, receives 100 loyalty points.
- Loyalty points are automatically converted into a loyalty discount in financial value according to the conversion of 1 loyalty point = €0.03. The generated discount coupon can be used immediately with the current order. The immediate discount for used loyalty points can be a maximum of 50% of the order value.
- The validity period of loyalty points is 12 months from their acquisition. Each registered customer will be notified by email about the expiration of loyalty points 7 days before their expiration.
- The number of loyalty points and movements within the acquisition and redemption of loyalty points are displayed to the customer after logging into their customer account.
