From a spiritual perspective, hair and scalp problems reflect a loss of life force. All this affects the flow of natural life energy:
- you feel that your body is losing vitality, you are physically and mentally exhausted
- you think about things in advance, you don't live in the present, you are closed, you don't make good contact with the world
- you cannot accept yourself, you have a problem with self-love and respect for your own body
- you hold back feelings, try to control your emotions, hold back anger, frustration, guilt or sadness
- you justify the behavior of others, you cling to things, opinions that were imposed on you by others in order to consider them correct
blocks begin to form in the spiritual side of the body, which are reflected on the physical body and are the cause of various chronic diseases (allergy, asthma, migraines, convulsions , stomach pain, neck pain, eczema, various infections and inflammations in the body, weak immune system, etc.)
If the body suffers from congenital or acquired mental weakness, it will be reflected in the hair, nails and skin.
Many people will focus on the fact that hair has started falling out and they want it to stop immediately. But no one is looking for the cause. Everyday rush, lack of sleep, lack of drinking regime can throw the whole organism apart. As soon as we start to notice tufts of hair on the pillow, the psyche also gets involved. You constantly watch yourself, your brush, where the hair grows, but you pay so much attention to it that the hair starts to fall out even more. You are afraid to touch them, and maybe even wash them, just so they don't fall.
However, it is necessary to look for the positive in every lost hair: it will soon be replaced by another healthy and strong hair.
It is important to realize what problem is hiding inside your body and whether these problems are not related to your psyche or mental health. In short, it is always necessary to start looking within. Our problem is that we often create and exacerbate these problems ourselves. Especially negative thoughts have a big impact on our health and our life in general.
In short, it is necessary to do the opposite:
- set your mind, build a strong will and overall feel positive
- strengthen the immune system, awaken unused strength in yourself, do not waste vital energy, love yourself and reserve time for yourself
- focus more on your daily routine, drink enough fluids every day, eat nutritious foods full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fresh vegetables and fruits on a daily basis
- get enough sleep, find a free time activity that frees you from the worries of everyday life.
My favorite way to strengthen life energy
Hardening is one of the ways to strengthen life energy so that it can flow in the right direction in our body. It is an excellent helper when overcoming oneself, when searching for the essence of life, a goal, we can build a strong and conscious mind. Long-term and especially regular hardening makes our body stronger and more resistant to inflammation, infections and external influences. It can adapt to winter and cold. Our mind becomes clearer, you can focus precisely on your goal.
I'm not saying that now you have to jump under the ice during the winter, dress "lightly" or wash your hair with ice water. Go at it slowly and concentrate. Adapt to the changes gradually, go at it slowly, don't force yourself and follow your feelings.
For example, start by running colder water on your body after showering. 15-30 seconds will be enough to get started. Depending on the feeling, you can increase the time immediately the next week. You will gradually get rid of the shock of switching to cold water, it will stop and trembling and gasping for breath. The result will be better blood flow in the vessels, and thus more energy. Don't forget to breathe deeply: inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Water is an element that purifies not only our physical but also our spiritual body. Get rid of your worries, let them go with the stream of running water. The stress level will decrease, you will have more energy during the day. Blood will flow more smoothly, delivering nutrients to the cells more efficiently and faster. For an even greater (more spiritual) experience, you can try hardening in the river. Not only will you connect with nature, but you will escape from reality. Hardening is also a form of guided meditation, when the mind is completely cleared and you can think and focus on your goals.
The health of the hair is closely related to the health of the body, and if we give it extra care, we will find the inner strength that is hidden in us, and in a short time our hair will repay us with shine and healthy growth.
