Shipping and delivery
We provide parcel delivery via the following transport and courier companies:
Slovenská pošta (The Slovak Post) – delivery to the post office branch
Type of delivery by The Slovak Post, when the package is delivered to the post office branch according to the postal code of the residence. The parcel is not delivered by a postal courier to your home, but a ticket arrives in your mailbox, on the basis of which you pick up the parcel at the post office.
Packeta – delivery to a drop-off point and Z-box
Delivery to Packeta outlets and Z-boxes, in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. You will be regularly informed about the progress of the delivery by SMS and e-mail.
Slovak Parcel Service – delivery to address by courier
Delivery by courier to the address according to your order. You will be regularly informed about the progress of the delivery by e-mail and SMS. The courier will contact you by phone before delivery.
Personal collection:
- Dubnica nad Váhom – ANDREINE warehouse
You can personally pick up your order at the address – Štúrova ulica (in front of the entrance to ZVS). The order is ready for immediate collection. Valid for orders paid online.

You can pick up your order in person at – Štúrovo nám. 132/16 (on the 1st floor above the café Pražiarnička). Your order is ready for collection immediately. Valid for orders paid online.

Orders placed before 7.00 a.m. are packed every working day.
For Slovakia and the Czech Republic, it takes 2–3 days for delivery.
Free shipping on orders over 79 € when paid online. Valid for SR and CZ delivery.
